I have a lutino cockatiel who is extremely fond of cinnamon raisin bread. I was wondering if it were bad for her health if I continued to feed her this occasionally. I was also wondering what the rubbing sound she makes with her beak means. Thanks for your time.

The cinnamon raisin bread is okay to feed, but only as a treat occasionally.
It probably contains a lot of sugar so don't feed it too much, too often.
It is believed that the rubbing sound is associated with a bird being sleepy, sort of a pacifying sound.
