My tiel is 6 weeks old. It can't climb to the top of the cage where I have toys and stuff for it. It also doesn't climb from the perch to swing. Will he as he gets older?

Your new pearl cockatiel is still a baby. As he/she gets older it will be
climbing all over that cage and hopping from the perch to the swing. One
thing you can do for your new bird that will really help is to provide
him/her with a really good diet. Millet, fresh vegetables and fresh fruits
are the cockatiels favorites.
