Hi:
My tiel is 5 years old and appears to be healthy, according to the vet. My only concern is that he often regurgitates small clusters of seeds. He will start this procedure by biting at his right foot and then seeds
start of come up. He will eat them almost immediately. I have also found small clusters, about the size of a pea, of seeds which appear to to congealed into this "waxy" ball. I have never seen the seeds
come up this way. He is a very active bird and always up and around with us singing and looking for something new to get into. Thanks.

Rick,
If you have visited an avian vet, and your vet has given your 'tiel a clean bill of health, then the act of
regurgitating is the showing of affection to you by the tiel. Obviously your bird loves you very much.
