My cockatiel continues to sneeze. She has had two sinus infections, however her spirits are high. Her nose is stuffy. How do I know she is healthy? Her appetite is fairly good, she eats fresh vegetables, vitamins in her water and very good variety of seed.

You don't mention how frequently the sneezing occurs, however, if your bird has a history of sinus problems, regularly scheduled vet appointments will be the safest route. Sinus problems, if left unattended, can be deadly to birds.
