Bird Muffins

1 1/2 cups rice flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped chicken
1/2 cooked white rice
1/2 cup finely chopped frozen soup vegetables
enough water to make mix like a cornmeal mix
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in mini-muffin pans. Makes 24 muffins. The muffins can be kept in the freezer and reheated when ready to feed.
These are great to feed to cockatiels that have
babies to feed and provides a great source of protein. Our birds
will eat 4 or 5 a day when they have a clutch.
